By Jackson Moore, Cardinal 247: Stanford is having a busy day on the recruiting trail Thursday with a flurry of new scholarship offers extended. At least five Stanford football scholarship offers were reported by recruits in the 2022 and 2023 classes.
The Cardinal also offered one in-state 2022 recruit – Encinitas (Calif.) Torrey Pines High School defensive end Zach Rowell. The 6-foot-5 and 260-pound three-star recruit also has offers from Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, Oregon, Oregon State, UCLA and Washington State.
