By Ben Parker, Cardinal Sports Report: On Saturday, August 2nd, Stanford football landed a commitment from 2026 tight end Marcus Monroe out of North Raleigh Christian High School in Raleigh, North Carolina. Monroe was offered by Stanford a day earlier, making it clear that Stanford is without a doubt the place he wants to be.
In addition to Stanford, Monroe also held offers from Bethune-Cookman, Campbell, Cincinnati, Coastal Carolina, Delaware, Georgia Southern, Liberty, and UAB.
