247Sports: The Pac-12 Conference voted for a fall season last week, beginning the 2020 campaign Nov. 6. That has not done much to sway several players from that league’s plans on skipping the season to prepare for the 2021 NFL Draft.
While there will be an abbreviated season for the Power 5’s westernmost conference, there are concerns among players hopeful of early-round draft selections. Oregon offensive tackle Penei Sewell, arguably the Pac-12’s most talented player, has opted out.
On Thursday another top draft prospect from the Pac-12 made the same decision.
