Stalking order dismissed in case of Oregon State football player Exodus Ayers

By Ryan Clarke, The Oregonian/OregonLive: A temporary stalking order against Oregon State football player Exodus Ayers was dismissed Monday morning in Benton County Circuit Court.

Katherine Daniella Rodriguez did not appear before Judge Joan E. Demarest for the hearing, which was set to decide whether the temporary protective order granted to Rodriguez in August would be made permanent.
