Sorting the Mountain West's projected starting QBs into tiers ahead of 2026

By Chris Murray, Nevada Sports Net: Quarterback hasn’t been a huge strength of the Mountain West the last few years with Jake Haener (fourth round in 2023) the only conference signal-caller selected in the NFL draft over the last six seasons. That came after a strong run that saw first-round MW quarterback picks in 2020 (Jordan Love) and 2018 (Josh Allen), and both of those guys have worked out well in the NFL. This year’s MW doesn’t appear to have any future NFL quarterbacks, with just four who started at least half their team’s games last season. But there is some intriguing upside at the position entering the year.
