SoFi Stadium named as defendant in Rose Bowl's lawsuit against UCLA

By Dylan McNeill, UCLA Wire: Recently things have been quiet around the unknown state of the future UCLA Bruins football stadium. That’s until the Los Angeles Times reported on Friday that SoFi Stadium and Kroenke Sports & Entertainment have been added as defendants in the City of Pasadena’s and the Rose Bowl’s lawsuit against UCLA.

UCLA remains in a lease with the Rose Bowl that keeps Bruin football at the stadium through the 2043 football season but there’s been plenty of noise showing that there’s mutual interest between SoFi Stadium and the Bruins.
