By Greg Biggins, 247Sports: Texas A&M was able to flip UCLA commit Marcus Ratcliffe Thursday night. Ratcliffe played at San Diego State last year and was one of the top freshman defensive backs in the country.
He entered the transfer portal and UCLA was able to trip him in and get his commitment Dec. 12.
