Scott Pelluer of WSU football’s ‘first family’ dies at 64

By Barry Bolton, CougFan: Scott Pelluer, a Washington State football standout and team captain from a family whose lineage in the Cougar football program spans four generations, died late Monday following a heart attack last week. He was 64. The Seattle Times first reported his passing.
