By Steve Bartle, KSL Sports: Utah men’s basketball appears to have another notable non-conference scheduling piece in place. According to a report from college basketball scheduling insider Rocco Miller, the Runnin’ Utes are expected to participate in the Charleston Classic.
This provides Alex Jensen’s program an early-season neutral-site opportunity against a multi-team event field in Charleston, South Carolina. According to Miller other programs like Virginia Tech, Minnesota, Oklahoma State, and Dayton have also committed, leaving three open spots to fill.
