247Sports: Green Bay Packers CEO Mark Murphy said in a recent interview the NFL could push this season’s Super Bowl well into spring, if necessary. In an interview with Sports Business Journal, Murphy acknowledged there are contingency plans in place for Super Bowl LV to be played in March 2021 if there are games that still need to be played due to COVID-19.
The original date is Feb. 7 in Tampa, Fla., at Raymond James Stadium.
