Report: ‘Serious’ candidate has emerged to become USC’s next RBs coach

By Connor Morrissette, USCFootball.com: A “serious” candidate has emerged to fill USC’s vacant running backs coach position.

Anthony Jones Jr., the current running backs coach at TCU, has spoken with USC about the opening, according to FootballScoop’s John Brice.

If Jones is hired, he will replace former USC running backs coach Kiel McDonald, who left to take the same job with the Los Angeles Chargers in the NFL earlier this month.
