By Bjorn Berstrom, Ducks Wire: On Nov. 23, Chip Kelly was fired by the Las Vegas Raiders after producing one of the league’s worst offenses midway through his first season as the team’s offensive coordinator. Now, roughly three weeks later, the former Oregon Ducks head coach is reportedly already in the mix for another coordinator position, this time with the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. He has interviewed for their vacant offensive coordinator position, On3’s Pete Nakos reported.
Kelly was hired by the Raiders after a standout 2024 campaign as the Ohio State Buckeyes‘ offensive coordinator in which he engineered the ninth-best scoring offense and had a hand in them winning a national championship.
