By Ross Jackson, LouisianaSports.net: The coaching search for the New Orleans Saints is expected to finally draw to a close soon. With four finalists, all signs are pointing to Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore being the preferred hire in New Orleans.
However, as the Reese’s Senior Bowl week wraps up in Mobile, Ala., rumors are swirling that Moore may be underwhelmed with a key piece of the NFL puzzle when it comes to New Orleans: the team’s quarterback room.
Per The Athletic NFL Insider Diana Russini, there was “scuttlebutt” in Mobile that Moore may not like the Saints’ job because the Saints “don’t have a quarterback already in place.”
