Report: ASU special assistant Ty Larson to become JUCO Casper College HC

By Douglas Santo, Arizona Sports: Arizona State men’s basketball’s special assistant Ty Larson is set to become a JUCO men’s basketball coach at Casper College, according to On3’s Joe Tipton.

Tipton added that Larson has quickly built a strong résumé, with time at Texas and Texas Tech before his tenure at ASU.

The 27-year-old will get his first head coaching opportunity about 50 miles west of Douglas, Wyoming, where he grew up and played high school basketball.
