OregonLive: Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers started celebrating. They thought Herbert had thrown the game-winning touchdown pass on the game’s final play to defeat the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 9.

The celebration ended nearly as quickly as it started when officials, after reviewing the play, overturned the call after determining tight end Donald Parham failed to maintain possession of the football. The Chargers suffered a heartbreaking loss, 31-26.
