By Kevin Borba, All Cardinal:Now that Colorado is officially going to the Big 12 and the Pac-12 is set to be at nine teams in 2024 unless they are able to expand, the future for the conference out west is looking bleak.
In fact, it is looking so bleak that ESPN analyst Paul Finebaum even went as far to question if they can be considered a Power 5 conference.
