By CougFan.com Staff: Washington State’s Board of Regents wrap up their two-day retreat on Friday in Pullman with an all-day meeting and among the agenda items — authorizing WSU President Kirk Schulz to “execute contracts or other agreements related to the University’s athletic media rights.”
It’s an indication the Pac-12 TV deal negotiations are (at long last), drawing to a close.
