By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan.com: Washington State fans got a painful dose of the procedural issues that plagued Pac-12 officiating this season and during a press conference on Thursday, Pac-12 commissioner George Kliavkoff called those errors “unacceptable.”
Kliavkoff directly referenced the incident in Washington State’s game vs. Oregon in which the referees lost track of downs, completely changing the play calling on a WSU drive.
