By Erik Skopil, Duck Territory: In just over a week, NBA commissioner Adam Silver will call Chris Duarte’s name. It will mark the beginning of a new basketball chapter for the former Oregon star.
While many will learn their futures via a screen at home surrounded by family, Duarte now has the choice to hear it in person instead. On Monday evening, the Athletic’s Shams Charania announced that Chris Duarte had a received an invite to be at the 2021 NBA Draft in Brooklyn.
