Oregon's Chris Duarte named International Player of the Year

By Oregon Athletics: Chris Duarte was named the collegiate International Player of the Year by NetScouts Basketball on Tuesday.

The Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, native was joined on the all-International Team by fellow Duck Eugene Omoruyi.
