Oregon State WBB lands commitment from a top in-state prospect

By Ryan Clarke, The Oregonian/OregonLive: A high-level women’s basketball recruit from the state of Oregon is staying home.

Taylor Young, a guard out of Crater High School in Southern Oregon, announced her commitment to the Oregon State Beavers on Friday.

Young, who hails from the town of Central Point, is among the top prospects in the state from the Class of 2026. She is set to join the Beavers next summer.
