By Jake Hedberg, BeaverBlitz: A decision has been made, as first year Oregon State head coach Trent Bray named Idaho transfer Gevani McCoy as the starting quarterback for game on Saturday against Idaho State.
McCoy beat out Ben Gulbranson, who went 7-1 as the starting quarterback for OSU in 2022 as well as Missouri transfer Gabarri Johnson, a 4-Star recruit who redshirted for the Tigers last year.
