Oregon State Beavers offer 2022 Arizona quarterback Devin Brown

OregonLive: September 1 marked the first day college football coaches could initiate direct contact with high school juniors.

But Queen Creek High School (Arizona) quarterback Devin Brown didn’t think much of it initially.

By 7 a.m. on Tuesday, that had already changed.

Devin Brown is trained by former Arizona State quarterback Rudy Carpenter, who has also worked with Tristan Gebbia and Ben Gulbranson
