By Jarrid Denney, Salem Statesman Journal via Yahoo Sports: After five seasons with the Oregon State football program, longtime Beavers quarterback Ben Gulbranson is reportedly calling it a career.
According to a report from The Oregonian/OregonLive, Gulbranson will not return for a sixth season at OSU. The report also noted that he is not in the transfer portal. During a media availability in August 2023, Gulbranson said he planned to enroll in medical school after he closed the book on his football career.
Gulbranson began the 2024 season as Oregon State’s backup quarterback behind junior transfer Gevani McCoy.
