By Matt Prehm, Duck Territory: The University of Oregon was hoping to host a small group of fans, family members, and friends of players and coaches for this Saturday’s Oregon Football Spring Game on May 1st. Those plans have now been scrapped due to Oregon’s Governor placing Lane County at extreme risk in regards to COVID-19.
