By James Crepea, The Oregonian/OregonLive: Oregon safety Kobe Savage is mulling whether or not to utilize the additional year of eligibility former junior college players were recently granted by the NCAA.
Savage, who played two seasons at Tyler Junior College and later at Kansas State, has a career-high 61 tackles (2.5 for loss) and a pass breakup this season. The sixth-year senior said safeties coach Chris Hampton spoke with him about the recent change earlier this week.
