Oregon QB Dante Moore climbs in Heisman odds as projected first-year starter

By Carter Bahns, 247Sports: Roster turnover on national championship-contending rosters creates uncertainty for the 2025 college football season, but it also opens the door for the next wave of superstars to take the sport by storm. Ohio State and Oregon quarterbacks Julian Sayin and Dante Moore, for example, are next in line to become household names. The buzz around their rise as starting signal-callers led to a surge in their Heisman Trophy odds ahead of spring camp.

The coming weeks offer a first look at Sayin and Moore atop their respective offenses. Early returns in the offseason practice session will be critical to monitor as those former five-star recruits seek to take the next step in their development and keep their squads at the front line of the College Football Playoff picture.

Those are not the only changes in the way-too-early Heisman race, though. With their climbs came a couple of slips on the odds board at FanDuel Sportsbook.
