By Matt Prehm, Duck Territory: The Oregon Ducks have extended a scholarship offer to one of the nation’s top receivers in the country this past season in college football.
UTEP sophomore receiver Jacob Cowing entered the NCAA Transfer Portal this week and within 48 hours had received an offer from the Ducks.
