By James Crepea, The Oregonian/OregonLive: Oregon defensive back Daylen Austin was indicted for felony hit and run for his alleged actions in an April 15 incident in which police say his vehicle struck and killed a 46-year-old man.
A Lane County grand jury formally indicted Austin on Thursday on the sole charge for which he was arrested and accused: failing to perform the duties of a driver when another person is injured, a Class B felony.
