By Jared Mack, Duck Territory: Redshirt freshman Oregon cornerback Daylen Austin was arrested by Eugene Police on Tuesday, April 16th, on a hit-and-run charge with injuries.
James Crepea of The Oregonian was the first to report the news.
According to the booking on Lane County’s Sheriff’s Office Jail Viewer, Austin is still in custody as of Tuesday evening. Hit and run with a vehicle is a class C felony in Oregon.
