By Zachary Neel, Ducks Wire: The Oregon Ducks suffered yet another tough blow on the recruiting front this week, with 4-star WR commit Isaiah Sategna announcing that he is going to de-commit from the Ducks and instead flip to Arkansas.
Sategna is the second commit to flip in less than a week, with Nicholas Anderson announcing his intention to flip to Oklahoma earlier in the week.
