BuffStampede: Ty Robinson could have gone on to play high level Divison-1 basketball. The two-sport star from Aurora (Colo.) Eaglecrest received a scholarship offer from Minnesota after turning heads on the AAU circuit last spring and summer.
Colorado extended an offer to Robinson for football early in the process, in January of 2019, and he added Colorado State, Kansas, Kansas State, Nevada, Old Dominion, Oregon State, UNLV, Utah and Wyoming as college options. Notre Dame also showed interest.
