By Dean Straka, 247Sports: Oklahoma football failed to match USC’s offer for Sooners head coach Lincoln Riley, according to a report Sunday by ESPN NFL Draft analyst Matt Miller.
As a result, Riley is reportedly set to leave the Sooners for the Trojans.
