By Zackary Armstrong, CougFan: Following Washington State’s practice Friday at Rogers Field, Nick Rolovich opened up about the Cougars’ starting quarterback battle between Jayden de Laura (6-0, 190) and Jarrett Guarantano (6-4, 220) saying the decision will be announced internally “fairly soon.”
Rolovich said “if I’m being honest,” he would prefer to keep Utah State guessing on WSU’s starter with eight days to go before kickoff at Martin Stadium.
