CougarFan.com: Former Washington State quarterback Gardner Minshew has quickly become a veteran and leader in the Jacksonville Jaguars locker room but on Monday, both the pressure and trust in Minshew to lead the Jags became even clearer.
Jacksonville released starting running back Leonard Fournette, a former first-round pick (No. 4 overall), after the team was unable to pull off a quality trade for the former LSU product. Fournette rushed for 1,152 yards in 2019 on 265 carries, and took considerable pressure last year off the rookie starter Minshew.
