By Greg Biggins, 247Sports: Long Beach Millikan (Calif.) wide out Ryan Pellum announced moments ago he will be playing his college ball for USC. Pellum had a final two of USC and Oregon but was a national recruit with scholarship offers from all over the country.
The Trojans had to rally a bit in this one as they weren’t even in his top 10 that he put out last December.
