By Joe Coles, Deseret News: Utah’s new head coach has made a big financial contribution to his program.
Prior to his first season in his “dream job,” Utah coach Morgan Scalley donated $2 million to the football program, the school announced on Thursday.
“The University of Utah and particularly Utah Athletics have been an extremely important and influential part of my life for as long as I can remember,” Scalley said in a statement.
