Nevada transfer big man Nick Davidson down to Washington, three others

By Steve Samra, On3 Sports: Former Nevada big man Nick Davidson is one of the more interesting talents in the NCAA Transfer Portal at the moment. On3 has learned he’s down to considering five potential programs — Texas, Clemson, Washington, Virginiaand Notre Dame.

Davidson played high school basketball at Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA), where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 132 overall recruit in the 2021 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Additionally, he’s an extremely valued talent in the portal. According to On3’s Transfer Portal Industry Ranking, Davidson is a four-star recruit, and the No. 3 ranked center. He’s the No. 16 overall player in the portal at the moment, as well.
