By Sam Marsdale, 247Sports: Transfers are a huge part of the landscape in college sports, and a temporary waiver from the NCAA is reportedly in the works.
The waiver, if approved, allows college football programs to sign more than 25 players in a recruiting class as a means of replacing outgoing transfers, per Dennis Dodd and David Cobb of CBS Sports.
