Russo of the Associated Press relayed Thursday morning on Twitter, a number of capacities have been set — including Indiana’s Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall (Bloomington, Indiana) and Purdue’s Mackey Arena (West Lafayette, Indiana) — with the First Four featuring Texas Southern-Mount St. Mary’s (5:10 p.m. ET, truTV), Drake-Wichita State (6:27 p.m. ET, TBS), Appalachian State-Norfolk State (8:40 p.m. ET, truTV) and Michigan State-UCLA (9:57 p.m. ET, TBS) tip off Thursday.
