By Nick Schultz, On3: Changes could be coming to the NCAA’s football recruiting calendar. The NCAA Division I Football Oversight Committee submitted a proposal Thursday that included a dead period in November.
According to the proposal, which the NCAA announced Thursday evening, a four-day dead period would start the Monday after Thanksgiving.
