By Chris Fetters, Dawgman: Husky fans have been on pins and needles since the start of spring football as they tried to figure out who would wind up as the starting quarterback of their favorite team.
On Saturday, following their second full scrimmage, first-year Washington head coach Kalen DeBoer gave clarity to the competition, stating that Indiana transfer Michael Penix Jr. will be the starting quarterback when the Dawgs host Kent State on September 3rd.
