By Mark Iabinett, al.com: Medina Spirit is the morning-line favorite to win the Preakness Stakes on Saturday, but the Kentucky Derby winner will run without trainer Bob Baffert at the track.
Medina Spirit will break from the third gate among the 10 horses entered in the 146th Preakness Stakes after Baffert reached an agreement with the race’s organizers on Tuesday.
