Last year in Palo Alto, Oregon Football stumbled to an overtime loss to a Stanford Cardinal team that took the wind out of their sails after the upset win at No. 3 Ohio State.
Now coming into Autzen Stadium this weekend, the Cardinal haven’t won a Pac-12 game since their upset over the Ducks last year.
Oregon is a heavy favorite at home, and this Stanford team is one that the Ducks are capable of getting a comfortable win against as they’ve struggled so far in 2022.
On today’s episode of Locked On Ducks, I take a look at this week’s opponent for the Ducks–one who has caused them to stumble many times in the past.
Their offense and defense have struggled this season, and Oregon should expect to find success on both sides of the ball this week.
Plus, I look at who the Cardinal’s best individual players are heading into the matchup, led by QB Tanner McKee.
Today’s show also features a couple of mailbag questions and some news updates on the Ducks going into their game with the Cardinal.
