Cam Rising has announced he will return to Utah and Kyle Whittingham and attempt to win a third consecutive Pac-12 Championship with the Utes.

What does returning mean for his prospects of getting onto an NFL roster one day and, more importantly, Utah’s chances to win the Pac-12?
