Oregon Ducks Logo Pac-12Oregon QB Bo Nix said he is “good to go” this week against Oregon State in Corvallis, but his health will still be a question for Oregon’s offense.

Specifically, how involved he can be in the running game? Kenny Dillingham and the offensive line will have to be in top form to run the ball effectively.

On today’s episode of Locked On Ducks, I take a look at some of the challenges this year’s matchup with the Beavers present.

Oregon State has an offensive-minded head coach, but it’s the Beaver defense (especially their secondary) that has led them to their 8-3 record so far.

Offensively, Oregon State’s philosophy is nearly identical to Utah’s, which should be a good matchup for an Oregon defense coming off of its best outing of the year.

Still, there are areas of the Beavs’ offense that Oregon needs to be able to contain, including RB Damien Martinez
