While a new page is being turned, returning Colorado players are using last year’s three-win campaign as a motivating force for the 2026 season. The pain of losing nine games remains fresh for many, including redshirt freshman quarterback Julian “JuJu” Lewis.
“It wasn’t difficult getting over it,” Lewis said at Big 12 football media days earlier this month.
