The Big Ten and SEC have made power moves by adding six big brands/cities in Texas, Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington, USC, and UCLA collectively.
They don’t NEED to expand further, but they will—eventually.
On today’s episode of Locked On College Football, Spencer McLaughlin goes on to talk about the most under-the-radar transfer this offseason.
USC transfer QB Malachi Nelson has landed with Boise State and could very well appear in the College Football Playoff in 2024.
UMass recently re-joined the MAC after being an FBS independent since 2015 in College Football.
The move highlights the need for the Pac-12 to rebuild, as Oregon State and Washington State will not be able to thrive in the long run as defacto independents.
