The Los Angeles Rams coach admitted to stealing plays from Ducks offensive coordinator Will Stein and former offensive coordinator Kenny Dillingham. Because of their schematic similarities, McVay believes former Oregon tight end Terrance Ferguson will fit in well with the Rams, who drafted him in the second round.
“I steal plays from them and vice versa,” McVay said.
