By Adam Beadle, SunDevil Source: After starting three true freshmen at various points last season, Arizona State may have just one such player listed as a starter when its official depth chart is released ahead of its season opener against Wyoming on August 31.
According to the team’s head coach, Kenny Dillingham, there is a “very reasonable chance” that punter Kanyon Floyd, a local prospect out of Horizon High School in Scottsdale, will be ASU’s only true freshman starter.
